It takes a community to change lives. You are part of that community.
Whether you have a few hours a month or an organization ready to open its doors, Shepherd's Way has a practical, meaningful way for you to be involved. Find your fit below.
Give your time. Make a real difference.
Volunteers are the extended family of Shepherd's Way. Whether you show up once a month or once a week, your time and presence directly enrich the lives of the people we serve. Here are some of the most impactful ways to volunteer.
Volunteer Driver
Provide rides to work, appointments, and activities. Transportation is one of the most practical barriers to independence, and your help removes it.
Host an Enrichment Outing
Join our Tuesday Night fellowship by hosting a fun, educational activity. Help our participants build social skills and experience their community.
Provide a Meal
Bring a home-cooked meal to our Tuesday or Wednesday night community gatherings. Food and fellowship go hand in hand.
Volunteer Maintenance Crew
Lend your hands for home improvement projects or lawn care. Your efforts help keep a safe, comfortable, and welcoming home environment.
Host a Holiday Event
Help plan, organize, or host a special holiday celebration for our participants. Your energy and generosity create memories that last.
Something Else Entirely
Have a skill, idea, or offer that does not fit neatly into a category? We would love to hear it. Reach out and let's figure it out together.
Your organization can open doors no one else can.
Community partnerships are among the most valuable assets Shepherd's Way has. Businesses, churches, nonprofits, and civic organizations all have something unique to offer: employment opportunities, vocational training environments, event spaces, fundraising platforms, and more.
We are honored by your interest in partnering with us. Whether you have a specific idea in mind or simply want to explore what is possible, we would love to start the conversation.
Employment partnerships
Provide job placement or work experience opportunities for participants building their vocational skills.
Skill development
Open your facility or expertise to participants developing career-ready skills and professional habits.
Fundraising and events
Host, sponsor, or promote Shepherd's Way fundraising efforts through your organization's networks and platforms.
